Album Review: Behemoth – Evangelion

Just a few days before the record hits the streets, here it is, Evangelion, ninth full-length studio album from Polish blackened death metal outfit Behemoth.

This time around they got onboard some fairly known people in record making industry like Daniel Bergstrand, Colin Richardson and Ted Jensen, something that took the band’s sound up a notch. This comes across clearly as soon as a quick comparison between Evangelion and “The Apotasy”, their previous offering, takes place.

Album Art Spotlight: Behemoth – Evangelion

This album art just looks awesome, the throne made of dragons is a nice touch. This album will be out August 11th in the states via Nuclear Blast. I have some photos of Behemoth from New England Metal Fest 2008 that I will be posting later this week in the archives.
