Until The Light Takes Us (Black Metal Documentary) Starts in NYC 12/4/09
The documentary ‘Until The Light Takes Us’ covering the Norwegian Black Metal scene will soon be hitting select theaters in the United States. Theaters include New York City at Cinema Village (12/4), Los Angeles at Lasemmle’s Sunset 5(12/11) and Austin at Alamo Drafthouse Ritz (now playing). The film looks extremely interesting and has already been receiving rave reviews and we look forward to seeing it soon. You can view the trailer here and find a brief synopsis below. You have plenty of time to get your corpse paint techniques down for the midnight showing so get ready!

Past Lives consisting of 3/5 of the now defunct Blood Brothers performed right before These Arms are Snakes at the Suicide Squeezeshowcase at Red Eyed Fly. They released a great EP at the end of last year called Strange Symmetry
